Degen is a memecoin with intent to build a thriving community and help onboard users into the Solana ecosystem.
The Vision:
Memecoins tend to outperform nearly all other assets in the crypto market, although they are quite often perceived as valueless asset.
We believe the above is far from the truth, memecoins bring volume to the chain and can help onboard/migrate people from different chains.
Solana has achieved a significant milestone by surpassing Ethereum (ETH) in terms of decentralized exchange (DEX) trading volume. According to DefiLlama, DEX volume on Solana soared to $10.1 billion recently, while Ethereum recorded $8.8 billion in volume during the same period.
Our vision goes above what a memecoin is perceived to be; our aim is to serve as a gateway to attract users from different chains and to educate people about the ecosystem and blockchain in general.

There are many utilities we can provide, although we are not promising outright what we will offer as we do not want people to "buy the rumor, sell the news".
As stated above we are not providing a roadmap and will continue building in the background and deliver as we see fit.
