Kinic DAO's mission is to bring AI ownership to the world: a concept we call personal AI. Personal AI is artificial intelligence and its tooling whose ownership is moved from centralized providers to the users themselves.
Kinic initially debuted as a winner in the global SuperNova Hackathon (https://dfinity.org/supernova/). It later transformed into an SNS DAO (https://internetcomputer.org/sns/faq), with the singular mission of tamperproof AI. Starting as a simple web3 indexer and search engine, it has since evolved into a suite of tools for on-chain search, LLM, and other tamperproof models and vector databases.
Anyone can log into the Kinic UI and deploy their own 100% on-chain vector database and select from local or on-chain AI models (https://ai.kinic.io/). The merging of advanced cryptography such as zero-knowledge proofs & chain-key cryptography, with portable AI models will allow for multitudes of use-cases.

Privacy inference (biometrics). One example is where the model runs on local devices but only the cryptographic proof is hosted on-chain for anyone to verify.

Tamper-proof vector DB. AI uses a special type of database called a vector database. Kinic has the world's first vector DB running 100% on blockchain. This is important as it allows for sensitive docs to be fed into LLM, and via Retrieval-augmented Generation, achieve more accurate results while being tamperproof and potentially private. Unstoppable verifiable on-chain training bots and gaming agents. These agents live off of Cycles (gas) and survive through trading or fail when less profitable.
